Unfortunately, no cash or credit card refunds will be made for goods returned in full working order/or A1 condition. A credit note, gift vouchers to the value or you may exchange returned goods for the same value will be issued in exchange for a fully working product. This does not affect your statutory rights in view of faulty goods where a full refund will be issued upon inspection by the Management Team. Thank you for your cooperation.
